ارائهی مدل فازی برای تعیین حساسیت مناطق ساحلی به ریزش نفتی(مطالعهی موردی سواحل استان مازندران) فریدون وفایی; وحید هادی پور; ابوذر هادی پور; سید ابوالفضل موسوی صفحات: 163-171 چکیده نوار ساحلی دریای خزر خصوصاً سواحل استان مازندران، از نظر اقتصادی، توریستی، محیط زیستی و شیلاتی دارای اهمیت فراوانی می باشد. بنابراین تعیین حساسیت مناطق ساحلی شمال کشورمان به ریزش نفتی، ارائهی روش هایی برای توسعهی مدل ها، بومیسازی روشها، مشخص کردن معیار های حساسیت و اولویت بندی حساسیت، بهمنظور کنترل و پاکسازی دقیق و سریع در زمان ریزش های نفتی بسیار ضروری است. بدین منظور برای ایجاد مدل، پس از شناسایی محدودهی خط خطر و تهیهی لایههای اطلاعاتی مورد نظر، لایه های پردازش شده با استفاده روشهای فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) و فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی فازی (AHP فازی) وزن دهی میشود و بر مبنای مدلهای فازی، لایهها در سامانهی اطلاعات جغرافیایی (GIS) تلفیق و نقشه کلی حساسیت تهیه می شود. نتایج حاصـل از مـدل فازی در این تحقیق نشان میدهد که اکثر مناطق ساحلی استان مازندران دارای حساسیت زیاد در هنگام ریزش های نفتی می باشند. کلمات کلیدی ریزش نفتی، حساسیت مناطق ساحلی; استان مازندران; دریای خزر; GIS ;AHP; مدل فازی منبع: [Hidden Content] دانلود: [Hidden Content]/8174 49197-154761-1-PB.pdf-

Spatial Analysis and Ranking of Towns of Khuzestan Province In Terms of Development of ICT Indicators Using TOPSIS and AHP Techniques. Muhammadi J., Bagheri K., Zandi K., Nadipoor N. J. Civil Eng. Urban., 5(2): 69-76, 2015; pii:S225204301500013-5 Abstract Planning with the aim of development and reduction of regional inequality is one of the important issues in the developing countries. Knowledge and analysis of the conditions of areas in different respects is the first step in the process of regional planning. Today, overcoming time and place restrictions, information and communications technologies (ICT), as the axis of and the key to sustainable development and the most important criterion of development, has changed the appearance of the world and the lifestyles, and is indeed both the cause and the effect of development. Accordingly, this study attempted to assess the degree of enjoyment of ICT indicators in the towns of the province of Isfahan using a descriptive-analytical method. The towns were investigated on the basis of 23 ICT indicators, by using quantitative models of planning such as the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), cluster analysis, weight assessment of indicators using AHP, and ranking and stratification of inequality in the towns. Result show lack of balance and harmony among the towns in terms of enjoyment of ICT indicators, such that the city of Ahvaz (with a point of 0.8793) rank first and the town of Haftkel (with a point of 0.0423) rank last. Results of cluster analysis reveal that most of the towns of the province are underprivileged. Results also demonstrate a direct relationship between the size of the population of the towns and their enjoyment of ICT indicators. Natural areas in addition to important bioenvironmental services such as air and water purification, sound and wind insulation and creating microclimate, prepare social and physiological services that are important to make cities livable and improve residents status. One of the urban critical problems is urban green space scarcity that effects on human life in different dimensions. Comparing to urbanization standards, in addition to low green space in different Iran cities, its undesirable dispersion also has created some problems that could refer to injustice green space distribution on the city and citizens accessibility difficulties. This paper aims to introduce urban green space importance to improve citizens’ status and urban development where live. Also current parks place in Rasht region one analyzed by using criteria closeness to residential areas , training centers, cultural and religious centers, commercial centers, official centers, river, access to main ways and far away current parks in GIS and AHP hierarchical analysis method. Urban. 4(6): 581-585. 2014 ABSTRACT: Planning before crisis occurrence is a key problem which managers are dealing with these days especially in the field of crisis management. The aim of this research is optimum locating of temporary accommodation for those injured after earthquake using model AHP and also by applying geographical information system GIS in Damavand Area. It is worth to mention that due to presence of main faults of Mosha, this county is a seismic one in Tehran Province. The research method used is descriptive-analytical method. In the first method a brief review of theoretical definitions of the research was provided and then AHP model was analyzed. After studying factors which are effective on environment, and population of Damavand, we dealt with weighting to parameters using analytical hierarchical process AHP. Finally, with the results we gained and by combining layers in software GIS we conducted a fine locating for setting up temporary accommodation resulting from earthquake. Prioritizing Financing Methods for Dam and Power Plant Projects Using Hierarchical Analysis Process (AHP) Model (Case Study of Dam and Power Plant Projects in Iranian Water and Power Resources Development Company) Original Article, D61 Kasrai AR, KhorsandiSaniKavaki R, Soloukdar A. Urban. 4(4): 402-408. 2014 ABSTRACT: Today there are many methods of financing in the world and every country selects its convenient financing methods according to its economic and political relations and technological and technical conditions and management skills. Due to the many constraints, developing countries must act with greater sensitivity, so that projects can be completed in the desired time and with optimal and economical cost. This paper aims to briefly review the theories, methods and concepts of financing to take a step toward understanding the financial situation and choosing the best and most useful techniques. For this reason, Hierarchical Analysis Process (AHP) Model was used which is one the most comprehensive systems designed for multiple criteria decision-making. After forming a tree structure of the factors affecting the financing of projects, using Expert choice Software, the weights of criteria were specified. And after ranking the alternatives, appropriate methods for financing the dam and power plant construction projects were prioritized. The research findings showed that among the seventeen major methods proposed for financing dams and power plant projects in Iranian Water and Power Resources Development Co., according to experts, the "financing" factor has the first priority by earning the most points. Also factors like "compensatory transactions", "foreign investment", "sales of assets", "usance", and "BOT contracts" are the next factors in the ranking of project financing methods, respectively. Sustainability Assessment of Urban Fabrics with Emphasis on the Legal Improvement Strategies (Case Study: Golshan District, Mashhad Metropolis) Original Article, D10 Akbari MotlaqM., Mesgarian H., KarimaniF and AminianA.A Journal. Civil Eng. Urban. 4(1): 59-67. 2014 ABSTRACT:Due to rapid growth of urbanization in recent decades, various aspects of human life has been affected. Today, cities are the main actors causing unsustainability in the world. In fact, urban sustainability is related to the world's sustainability. Accordingly, the role of cities and their impact on the sustainability index has attracted the attention of many scientists. To achieve the aim of this paper, Golshan district with over 1500 years old and organic structure was chosen as the case study to determine its urban fabric's sustainability and studying improvements via legal approaches. The research method is descriptive- analytical using content analysis and hierarchical analysis. Software such as SPSS and Arc Map were utilized in case of quantitative and qualitative indicators calculating, and other data processing and preparing maps. The results of this study about unsustainable zones in Golshan district indicate that not only regulations are not in line with the principles of sustainability, but also physical-environmental regulations have been neglected and there is no integrated approach to implement guidelines; leading to reduced social, economic and managerial sustainability. Finally, the effective rules of National Building Regulation were considered to propose amendments, making them more efficient. Assessment of risk caused by earthquake in region 1 of Tehran using the Combination of RADIUS, TOPSIS and AHP Models Original Article, A6 Sarvar H, Amini J, Laleh-Poor M. Journal. Civil Eng. Urban. 1(1): 39-48. 2011. ABSTRACT: Tehran, one of the important cities of Iran, is in great risk against earthquakes because several active faults are located into or around it. The significance of this metropolis from the economic and political point of view, high population and risks of possible earthquake has drawn the attention of urban managers to this problem. On this basis, to confront the probable risks and reduce the negative effects of this phenomenon, it is indispensible and of important objectives of Tehran urban management to investigate the seismic vulnerability of the city. With respect to this important issue, region 1 of Tehran municipality was selected as the study area because of its proximity to the active faults at north of Tehran. The study method and the analysis of the gathered data were performed using the methods based on information database, RADIUS, TOPSIS and AHP models, and the software based on the Geographical Information System. Variables such as the buildings location in proportion to faults, type of materials, oldness of the buildings, number of floors, population density, soil type, slope of the region, and pathway network were used for the research and the region vulnerability using 3 probable earthquake scenarios were investigated. Results indicated that region 1 of Tehran municipality is vulnerable against earthquakes.
