The active ingredient in Kamagra Oral Jelly Australia is Sildenafil Citrate, which has been used for years to treat ED in men. It works by inhibiting the action of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE 5) enzymes, which causes the blood vessels in the penis to relax. This increases blood flow to the area and helps to maintain an erection during sexual activity. This medicine is not recommended for females or people who are taking nitrate-based medications (often prescribed for chest pain or angina). The medication should be taken about an hour before sexual intercourse. It should not be taken with alcohol or high-fat meals, as this can reduce the effectiveness of the drug.
Risk assessment of safety and health (RASH) for building construction Saud Al-Anbaria, , , A. Khalinab, , Ali Alnuaimic, , , A. Normariahd, , A. Yahya Highlights • A general RASH has been developed with risks classified into Safety Risks and Health Risks. • 11 factors representing safety risks and 8 factors representing health risks were identified. • RASH method resulted in superior accuracy for assessment of risk zones than the existing RA method. • RASH method gave fewer errors than the existing RA method for four different scenarios. AbstractIn this research Risk Assessment of Safety and Health RASH method for building construction has been developed with risks classified into Safety Risks and Health Risks. 11 factors representing safety risks and 8 factors representing health risks were identified based on field survey in Oman. 40 Safety and Health specialists were involved in carrying out risk assessment using the existing method of risk analysis RA and the proposed RASH method. It was found that RASH method resulted in superior accuracy for assessment of risk zones than the existing RA method. The accuracy by RASH was almost twice the accuracy by RA. The overall percentages of the correct answers for the four scenarios using the RASH method and the RA method were 72.5 percent and 40 percent respectively. The proposed RASH method gave fewer errors than the existing RA method for all scenarios. Two scenarios were found to be the most problematic ones with largest overestimation of risks occur when using the existing RA method. Wilcoxon Ranked Test showed that the two methods are significantly different (z = −3.357, p > 0.01). The new method RASH is statistically acceptable and it resulted in better response in terms of estimating the risk than the RA method. Framework for Continuous Assessment and Improvement of Occupational Health and Safety Issues in Construction Companies Shahram Mahmoudi 1, Fakhradin Ghasemi 2, Iraj Mohammadfam 2,*, Esmaeil Soleimani 2 1 Department Systems and Quality, MAPNA Group, Tehran, Iran 2 Department of Industrial Hygiene, School of Public Health, Hamadan Medical Science University, Hamadan, Iran a r t i c l e i n f o Article history: Received 17 February 2014 Received in revised form 19 May 2014 Accepted 29 May 2014 Available online 17 June 2014 Keywords: construction continuous improvement health safety a b s t r a c t Background: Construction industry is among the most hazardous industries, and needs a comprehensive and simple-to-administer tool to continuously assess and promote its health and safety performance. Methods: Through the study of various standard systems (mainly Health, Safety, and Environment Management System; Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 180001; and British Standard, occupational health and safety management systems-Guide 8800), seven main elements were determined for the desired framework, and then, by reviewing literature, factors affecting these main elements were determined. The relative importance of each element and its related factors was calculated at organizational and project levels. The provided framework was then implemented in three construction companies, and results were compared together. Results: The results of the study show that the relative importance of the main elements and their related factors differ between organizational and project levels: leadership and commitment are the most important elements at the organization level, whereas risk assessment and management are most important at the project level. Conclusion: The present study demonstrated that the framework is easy to administer, and by interpreting the results, the main factors leading to the present condition of companies can be determined. 1-s2.0-S2093791114000420-main.pdf
